Bringing smiles to kids with cancer
Every three minutes a family receives the life changing news that their child has been diagnosed with cancer.
With over 15,000 children diagnosed with cancer each year in the United States, it is the mission of “In My Father’s Eyes” to share a gift of hope and beauty during a dark time. Cancer is more than a medical diagnosis. Cancer affects the patient and family alike creating physical and emotional challenges. Our desire is to remind these children and their families of how beautiful they are inside and out.

In their words…
Kayla's portrait reminds me that Jesus never left our side even though we were going through a very dark journey. It is an incredible feeling to have someone provide such a wonderful act of kindness to us.
Olivia (our daughter) said she wanted to be an artist because "she wants to draw pictures for children to make them so happy like Brent had done for her." The portrait of Olivia will always be a special treasure in our home.
As I look upon those portraits I am reminded of a time when God held my girls during a very difficult time. Those portraits are a sweet witness of how God gifts and equips His people to encourage others.
